Partner trainings

within the framework of Novicom's partnership policy

The partner training system is an essential part of Novicom's partnership policy.

Therefore, we have prepared a set of training courses that ensure the necessary transfer of know-how and enable you to achieve independence in the sale and implementation of Novicom solutions. Partner training courses are prepared in cooperation with distributors.

Higher levels of training are completed with certification exams. Completion of certifications is a prerequisite for achieving higher levels of partnership.

Types of Novicom partner training:

Introductory Sales training – Basic

Introductory sales training, which includes an introduction to the Novicom partner model and its standard processes, as well as basic product knowledge required to represent Novicom products.

Sales training – Novicom Sales Advanced

The prerequisite is to complete the introductory Basic sales training. Partners will learn more about partner processes and learn to create offers independently. The training is completed with an exam of the acquired knowledge. If successfully completed, the graduate will receive a "Novicom Sales Advanced" certificate.

Technical training ADDNET – Basic

The training introduces standard user use cases for working in ADDNET and basic administrative operations. The training is suitable both for business deepening of product knowledge and as a basic technical introduction for easier orientation in the subsequent implementation training.

Technical training ADDNET – implementation

The prerequisite is to complete the ADDNET Basic training. The content of this training is a detailed introduction to the Novicom Implementation Methodology (NIM) - implementation of the ADDNET system and its grid platform. Participants are required to bring their own laptop.

Certification training ADDNET – administration and implementation

Předpokladem je absolvování školení ADDNET Basic a ADDNET implementace. Praktický trénink běžné administrace, správy a implementace. Výstupem školení je zkouška nabytých vědomostí na přiděleném demo prostředí. V případě úspěšného zakončení obdrží absolvent certifikát "ADDNET – administrace a implementace". Je potřeba, aby si účastníci přinesli vlastní notebook.

Additional information about Novicom trainings:
All trainings include a lunch break. The dates of two distributors cannot be combined within the training, so the entire series of trainings must be completed with one selected distributor.

Participation in Novicom trainings can be divided among multiple participants within the organization, provided that the prerequisites for the Advanced part of the training are met.
