Novicom at SecTec Security Day 2017
This year, our company Novicom also participated in the SecTec Security Day 2017 professional conference, which took place in Slovakia, in Bratislava, on March 29, 2017 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Technopol Bratislava Congress Center.
The main topic of this conference: Cybercrime as a service.
The SecTec Security Day conference is the largest IT security conference in Slovakia, with a regular attendance of around 250 participants from various areas. The conference presented technologies from world-renowned IT security companies and communicated current topics.
Cybersecurity is a complex discipline today and cannot be built only on perimeter and client protection. It is also necessary to address the areas of advanced detection, management and internal network security.
The presentation by Novicom's sales director, Jindřich Šavel, presented how this can be effectively achieved using the integrated DDI/NAC solution AddNet.
The opening Novicom presentation, titled "The path to an efficient and secure network," took place in a short 10-minute block from 9:50 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Conference participants learned more about Novicom's solutions in a half-hour presentation titled "Benefits of integrated network management and security," held in Block A from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
