Novicom presented its solutions at the 22nd ISSS conference in Hradec Králové

The 22nd annual two-day ISSS/V4DIS conference, focused on the informatization of public administration, the implementation of modern ICT technologies in this segment, and the overall digitalization of society, ended on the afternoon of April 2, 2019, at the Aldis Congress Center in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. The ISSS 2019 conference attracted more than 2,200 visitors this time.

On Monday, April 1, 2019, the opening ceremony took place in the spirit of digital services for citizens. It was attended by a number of personalities from political life. The conference program was packed with 200 presentations, discussions and working meetings, and over 100 institutions and companies presented themselves in the exhibition sector.

On Tuesday morning, an extensive block dedicated to cybersecurity took place in the Great Hall. Novicom's sales director, Jindřich Šavel, contributed a lecture. The topic of his presentation was "How to eliminate risks associated with the operation of untrusted devices in the network". The entire morning block was closed by a panel discussion with the participation of most of the speakers.

In addition to the lecture, Novicom presented its security solutions at its stand on the ground floor. In addition to the integrated DDI/NAC tool AddNet, it also presented BVS - Business Visibility Suite - a tool for clear visualization of network communications and modeling the connections between business services and IT infrastructure.

During the ISSS/V4DIS 2019 conference, the results of popular competitions were announced again. The Czech at-home award 2019 for significant contribution to the development of digital society in the European Union was received by European Commissioner Věra Jourová on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at the Klicper Theatre at a VIP meeting. On Monday, the announcement of the national round of the JuniorErb competition took place, followed by the traditional workshop of the Golden Coat of Arms and ZlatyErb.sk competitions, and the announcement of the Biblioweb 2019 competition.
