
Novicom signed an agreement on cyber security cooperation with the Vietnamese company VNPT
The Novicom Company and the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cyber security cooperation.

The MoU was signed by VNPT Deputy General Director To Manh Cuong and Novicom Sales Director Jindřich Šavel in Prague on April 14, 2017, within the framework of an official visit to the Czech Republic by a high-ranking delegation from the Vietnamese National Assembly led by its Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Vietnamese Minister of Information and Communications Truong Minh Tuan said strengthening bilateral cooperation in information and communication technology (ICT) was one of the important contents in the NA delegation's agenda during its visit to the Czech Republic.
Novicom is a Czech manufacturer of tools for effective management and security of computer networks. After successfully establishing its products on the Czech market, it is also successfully applying its products abroad. Novicom first established itself in Vietnam at the end of 2015, and the current establishment of cooperation with the telecommunications operator VNPT only confirmed the positive experience and good reputation that Czech companies dealing with cybersecurity in Vietnam have.
VNPT is one of the most important telecommunications operators in Vietnam. It provides voice services, connectivity and cloud services for more than 30 million residential customers and more than 50 thousand corporate and public organizations in Vietnam.
